These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the meetclvr platform, including all related websites, applications, and services ("Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

meetclvr is an online appointment scheduling and business management platform. We provide tools for service businesses to manage bookings, staff, locations, customers, and communications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial for new accounts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
One person or legal entity may not operate more than one free trial account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Send unsolicited or spam communications to customers.
Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
Collect or harvest data about other users without their consent.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Subscription and Payment

After your free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into meetclvr, including customer records, services, and appointments. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data to provide the Service. We will not use your business data for our own marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The meetclvr platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by meetclvr Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Availability and Uptime

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will endeavour to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, meetclvr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
